Police-community relations: Baltimore, Phoenix and America
Recent events in Baltimore have a personal aspect: I worked as a policeman in Baltimore many years ago. The city erupted in protest — and some violence — after the death of a young black man in police custody.

We will present some of the observations of several well-known, on-site observers of Baltimore police community relations and then get the perspectives of Paul Penzone, a retired Phoenix Police officer who viewers may also recognize as someone who challenged Sheriff Joe Arpaio in his last re-election.
