A unique perspective on Arizona politics

Chris Herstam has been at the State Capitol in a variety of capacities over the last 32 years.

He has been a legislator and a member of Republican leadership. He has also been a gubernatorial chief of staff, an agency director, served an eight-year term on the Board of Regents and a lobbyist. He has lived through the terms of eight sitting governors.

He is our sole guest this week and this is no ordinary interview. If you are new to Arizona politics or have been around a while and want to better understand how our politics once worked, and how it has changed, it would be hard to do better than to spend an hour in the Think Tank this Sunday. Chris has been literally “in the room” when many decisions were made impacting our state.

Chris was no ordinary legislator — he was in Republican legislative leadership. Some would likely now call him a RINO. Have his politics changed? Or have the politics of the state changed? Regardless, his insights are almost unique.

Join us in the Think Tank this Sunday at 5 p.m. and you will certainly learn something worth knowing.
